Beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath oceanfront condo on the south side of St. Thomas (top floor / end unit). The condo is conveniently located on the south east side of the island in Bolongo Bay. Enjoy the breathtaking views from almost every room in the condo - views of the ocean from master bedroom, kitchen, living and dining from the 2 sets of sliding glass doors. There also is an over-sized balcony that runs the length of the building - great for meals or just relaxing. There is a full kitchen although you may never need it because you can walk to three fabulous restaurants (Iggie's Patio Beach Restaurant / Bar, Mim's (finer dining) and the Lobster Grille at Bolongo Bay Resort). Not to mention a pool that sits just over the beach.

Bolongo Bay is conveniently located 6 miles from the airport. The travel time downtown is about 2 miles and it is about 2.5 miles to Redhook (ferry ride to St. John or the British Virgin Islands). There also is a grocery store within 1.5 miles. Most guests suggest a rental car however some prefer the use of a taxi. I personally am impatient so I always rent a car. The car rental agencies are located in the airport and the ones I have used are Avis and Budget. Make sure you book your rental car when you book your tickets because they do run out of cars.

There are a variety of activities in Bolongo bay including a dive shop, reef in the bay for snorkeling, catamaran for sailing, variety of free and rental water toys. You never have to leave Bolongo Bay for the perfect vacation. If this doesn't meet your criteria then you are minutes from duty free shopping in Charlotte Amalie or a ferry ride from Red Hook to St. John or the British Virgin Islands.

ABOUT ME: I live in Atlanta, Georgia and treat this condo like my second home. I visit the islands quite often and I am always making improvements to the unit. I didn't spare any expense when furnishing the unit and I am always willing to accommodate. The sleeper sofa is less than a year old, new stove and refrigerator, both bathroom vanities and counters replaced, WIFI, fresh paint and new artwork. I take a lot of pride in taking care of condo and I think comments in my guestbook speak for themselves. Please feel free to call or email me at anytime with any questions. I am SO glad we were finally able to get to St Thomas for a week instead of a few hours. It is a beautiful place, and even driving on the "wrong side" was fun. The eight of us want to let the world know that Bolongo Bay and your condo (and Karen's) are the perfect places to explore the islands, play on the beaches, and relax all your cares away. (We spent loads of time in both places!) You have decorated a lovely island retreat and it made our stay even more wonderful.
Back home, but dreaming of sunrises over the water and dinners in the soft breezes at Bolongo Bay. 'Til next time.... our heartfelt thanks! Jerry, Mary Jane, Lamar, Cheryl, Leonard, Vicki, Alan, and Melonye

We just returned from our vacation in St. Thomas. It was absolutely wonderful!! The condo is clean and surprisingly large. Met wonderful and helpful people. The pool is a great place to meet new friends with great dinner recommenations. Latitude 18 is a must. Hard to find but worth the search Car rental is a must. Easy to get around the island and took the ferry to St. John and toured the island. Drivers are considerate, not like the U.S.
Thanks Andrew for a great and memorable vacation. Will recommend to others.

Many thanks for the help and the service you provided for our stay in St Thomas. Your condo is lovely and all that the ad said it would be and then some. Spacious, nicely decorated, light and airy, right on the beach...next to a nice resort and Iggie's beach bar, but private. Our 'large' family of five fit easily and comfortably for sleeping and dining, and the balcony is far and way the best spot to spend you time...what a view, and the ocean breeze was perfect ! Washer/dryer was a godsend, and we loved the kitchen and ability to eat 'in' from time to time. Thanks again.

We really loved this villa! The top corner unit provides optimal views, and affords privacy. It is decorated tastefully, and the views from the living room/dining area, kitchen, & master bedroom are spectacular! The balcony is an oversized one with PLENTY of room to walk around, and enjoy the views while experiencing the pleasant ocean breeze. This place is not only suitable for families, but for seniors too, as there are 3 restaurants right in the resort area so you don't have to travel very far at night unless you choose to. In late Jan, early February there were just enough people to make it interesting, but not overly crowded or noisy at all. We highly recommend this rental property.
