Welcome to Mainsail #452. If your looking for a newly remodeled condo in Mainsail with the best of the best, this is the place for your family! Great location on the 5th floor to maximize your gulf views, and just one unit away from the elevator, so lots of convenience for loading/unloading!
The Mainsail complex is fantastic. As you enter the complex, with gated, and security guard entrance, only the best for your private family vacation.
Enjoy the resort, with large custom pool area, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and of course your own private beach area!
Our unit is newly remodeled, with attention to detail and comfort. You'll find a large master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Second bedroom also features a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom is great for the kids, with Queen over Queen bunks, as well as private bath.
New kitchen, as well as all new furniture, electronics, and mattresses. Why stay in a unit that hasn't been updated in 20 years!

Lacked basic paper products

Great location and clean. However one trash bag, next to empty toilet paper rolls in all bathrooms and half a roll of paper towels. Exactly 4 coffee filters. No beach towels and bath towels were very worn out are the only less than 5 star items. We spend $ on just trash bags, toilet paper etc to stay for 5 nights. Could be better stocked in my opinion. Paper products are cheap- give enough for the stay is my recommendation.

Lovely and Updated

The unit had been fully remodeled so all appliances, bathrooms, furniture, decor, etc. were new and in great shape. I loved that they had incorporated two king beds in the unit along with a double bunk bed that my kids loved. We had a great time!
