Great water views, beaches and fishing are yours with our contemporary house in Aquinnah on Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy a 180 degree panoramic view of Vineyard Sound, the Elizabeth Islands and Menemsha from the downstairs kitchen, dining room, and living room and upstairs from the master and guest bedrooms. The spacious upstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals. A short walk to the Aquinnah town beach on Vineyard Sound, our house also comes with access to Philbin Beach on the ocean adjacent to the Gay Head cliffs, less than two miles away. The best stripped bass fishing on the island is yours with short walk to Dogfish Bar on Vineyard Sound. Enjoy comfortable accommodations for a family vacation in a tranquil setting. Use our direct and wireless high-speed Internet access at no additional charge. We will consider pets. Ferry reservations are available.

We spent a week in this great house without complaint! It was clean, spacious, well-equipped and casual, with more than enough space for our two families (8 total). Wonderful nearby private ocean beach access, walk to the sound side beach. Excellent spot for a totally relaxing family vacation. This is the quiet end of the island, so if you're looking for a lot of activity/action/nightlife, this might not be the place for you. For us, the slow pace is perfect. We'd definitely go to this house again, and recommend it to others.
