1830 cape with large newer addition. House has a huge private lawn area. House is walking distance to Rock Harbor (1/2 mile), the beach at Rock Harbor (1/2 mile) and Orleans town center (3/4 mile). Walk to the harbor and watch the fishing boats come in. Walk to beach and Orleans town center. Very close to bike path too. Three bikes and four tennis rackets are included. The house has a large, private yard for sunning, picnics or sports games. Separate laundry room has new Bosch front loading washer/dryer. Kitchen has corian countertops and new Bosch dishwasher.
