Extra large sunny deck and a farmer's porch overlooking 6 acres of wooded conservation land. Downstairs includes, sunroom, family room, kitchen, dining room, living room and small playroom. About 2 miles to Pleasant Bay Beach. Rights to Lover's Lake in neighborhood.

The town boasts more than 3 fish markets and a fish pier where you can watch the locals unload their catch. Band concerts held down town every Friday night at 8pm!
