The main home has many upgrades, including granite and tile in the kitchen and glass block in the bathrooms. On the North side of the home, by the front entry there is a Koi fish pond. There is another entrance in the center of the two buildings (the main house) and there is a little waterfall and a couple small ponds. Often there are baby Koi in here. The home is built in two buildings and there is a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a 900 sq ft flagstone deck attaching the two buildings. There are many great golf courses in Wailea to chose from. There is also another very close in Kihei.
The yard here at this property is a great place to practice your putting stroke and pitch a few! Ball and clubs await!
