This place couldn't be described with mere words but I will try... Nestled way in the woods surrounded by huge tree's and the only sound you will hear is the wind whispering by as you lounge on the porch swing or Adirondack chairs on the spacious monster covered deck! No matter the season there is a tremendous amount of unforgettable things to do. leaf watching, swimming boating canoeing skiing old fashion drive-in hiking and Snowmobiling out the front door. Close but not to close to shopping if that's your thing.. Canoe Saco! Rent a Pontoon boat on Sabago!! Walk to the most breathtaking views known to man. Every day brings a new adventure no matter how long you stay. As much as I would like to tell you more about what's around the wooded hide away I am limited so I need to now tell you about the set-up at this Newly built log cabin= Flat Screen satellite for the Sox and Patriots games with old fashion nostalgic brewery neon lights, Pool Table and dartboard downstairs. That floor is great for nightlife with your family or group. Upstairs sleeps many and it feels like Maine every inch floor to cathedral ceiling is meticulous wood, no metal wallpaper or paint= absolutely beautiful. What a way to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The coldest and crystal clear water runs from the tap open concept so when meals are being prepared your entire group is there to mingle. My wife and I have 3 children and I cannot believe how lucky we are to experience this magical spot together :-) Our Pictures from the trips are some of the best in our family albums. Don't leave the trash out because there is a real good chance a furry local bear will sniff his way to it! Hopefully you have the pleasure of meeting the local caretaker, A brief encounter with this warm old time Mainer, his knowledge of the secret spots in the area and genuine old Maine smile make him unforgettable. If you have a large group threw the woods a bit is the "pines" Same rustic sleeping and chillin cabin but the Party is hear at the Beech's! We have traveled many places and unanimously decided this one is a "keeper" ! Lock your week in fast while you still can!
