Prince William House
A charming 1840's 16 room home, located on a hill overlooking the Annapolis Basin. This large house, with two rear wings, is furnished with a variety of antiques and retro furniture. The house is situated in a quiet area with its treed lot and stone walls, maintaining a country atmosphere. A short walk brings you to the waterfront, the active fishing wharf and marina, artists co-operative, main street shops and restaurants. A three minute drive will bring you to a Championship Golf course (Digby Pines).
The House
3600 square feet, four/five bedrooms, two bathrooms, three living rooms, large dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, large work area, two main hallways. Water views, some antique floor rugs, two claw foot tubs, weekly housekeeping. Appliances: Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Local Telephone, High Speed Internet, washer & dryer, television/DVD/VCR, Full cable, coffee maker, kettle, and BBQ. Fully Equipped Kitchen.
