Wonderfull Getaway, quiet yet close to the action

My family and I were looking for a new, quiet location for a mini family reunion. We found the perfect place with this Villa rental at the brand new Legacy at La Quinta. We actually rented both the upstaris and downstaris Villa units (3 bedroom each) for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, and 2 of everything else (kitchens, living room, dining room, patios, etc., etc.). It worked out perfectly. The many pools are quiet and sparkeling, the brand new club house with huge work out room and other 'quiet' rooms, plus adult and kid friendly pools was wonderful. The location was great to walk to the historic La Quinta resort or a very short dirve to downtown La Quinta for great eating. We stayed five nights and none of us wanted to leave. Didn't hurt that the weather was ideal (in contrast to our cold wet winter at home). I would definately stay here again. My wife and I have stayed in other older places in and around La Quinta before. This brand new facility was the best of them all! Five stars from us. We will be back.
