Walk to Old Town Scottsdale! This is a charming Old Town Condo in the heart of Scottsdale. It is only a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries of Old Town, as well as the Fashion Mall. This large, Poolside unit has a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a queen sleeper couch in the main living area. Also, a Big Screen TV in the main area and an LCD in the master. It is fully furnished with all the conveniences and comfort of home. This Complex is very Resort like! Mature, lush landscaping and a huge swimming pool and clubhouse.

Located in Old Town Scottsdale, this condo is located in a fun, friendly complex, overlooking the swimming pool. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Ideal location to get just about anywhere in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Golf courses, parks, and walking trails are everywhere. Located on Camelback Road, it is also convenient to get to the 202 and I-10.

Deposits: There is a $250 refundable security deposit and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. All rentals made within 90 days of rental period, require full payment. Outside of 90 days, you can reserve with a 50% deposit. There are no refunds, but we will re-book you. We will send you a rental agreement, receipt and confirmation of your booking. We can take Visa or MasterCard or personal checks.
