Great Location near P Town without the crowd

This unit is in a great location where you walk down a short path out onto the beach. It's also in a good location along the beach because there is always a beach. Some areas on the bay side only have sandy beach at low tide. This area has a nice sandy beach even during high tide. At low tide the water goes way out and the kids can dig in the sand for sea "creatures".
This location is perfect if you want to visit P Town but not stay in the hectic P Town area. Our favorite part of the visit was kayaking from the condo to P Town, pulling the kayaks out onto the beach, shopping in P Town and then kayaking back to the condo. It takes about an hour one way to kayak to P Town but time the trip so you come back before it's completely low tide at the condo. We also enjoyed the nearby bike trails. This is a great place for young adults and people with kids. We have a 1 yr old daughter. My girlfriend and her husband also stayed here at the same time with their 3 kids in another unit. We both agreed that having a kitchen unit directly on the beach made things easier with 4 kids to juggle eating and naps schedules around.
The unit was very clean, modern and set up well. The only issue is the bath tub is rather high if you have small children and need to give them baths. The kitchen is a little small if you are looking to share the place with another couple which we did for 2 of the nights. We found once our other couple left the kitchen had adequete space. The deck is nice but could use a round deck table with an umbrella like alot of the other units have. There are chairs on the deck but we didn't use them becaue there was no shade and it got rather hot on the top deck. I would highly recommend staying in a top floor unit at this condo complex as the view and privacy is much better. I found the price of the unit to be reasonable compared to other lodging options in the area. Overall this is a great place to stay and there is a storage unit if you want to bring bikes or kayaks which was perfect for us.
