The spacious living and dining rooms have enough comfortable couches, chairs and seats for more than eight to enjoy the view, catch up on things, watch cable TV or a DVD/VHS movie and savor a fine meal. You can choose to see golfers (or not) work the 15th hole as you enjoy your friends and family in comfort. At night with the lights out star gazing is amazing here as well as on the adjacent deck. A half bath is located between the living and dining rooms.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare, serve and cleanup for your next feast. A large island gives a great area for showing all those great treats as well as providing extra seating area. The deck is a few steps away from the kitchen and dining rooms. Besides having a gas BBQ grill, picnic table and chairs you get an unencumbered 180 degree view along the entire Sea Ranch coast.
An office with small library, video collection, and game selection is located off of the living room. In addition to the ocean view to the west you can see the trees and mountains to the east. Secure wireless internet access available throughout the home.
A carpeted stairway leads to the lower level two large bed rooms each with a great view of the Sonoma coast. Both have large closets and a comfortable couch. The north bed room has a queen bed, overstuffed chair and cable TV with VCR. The south bed room has two full beds. A large bath room, just like the master bath room (but without the Jacuzzi), is located at one end of the connecting hall and a fully equipped laundry room towards the other. A door at the end leads to the two car garage.
Golf, dive, fish, bike, or hike along the spectacular Sea Ranch coastal area. There are nearby facilities for swimming, sauna, basketball and tennis.
