The Casa De Emdeko condominiums are located oceanfront in the world-famous town of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Unlike many properties everything about Casa just feels like Hawaii. This condo has been renovated and tastefully decorated. Enjoy the large private lanai which overlooks the ocean with nightly front row incredible sunsets. Casa is one the few remaining properties where you can enjoy your evenings under traditional Hawaiian Tiki torches. The Casa de Emdeko has two swimming pools on the premises. One is a fresh-water pool and the other is a salt-water pool piped in directly from the ocean. Just a few steps away is a sandy beach with lounge chairs and tables so you can enjoy the ocean. Leave your windows open and fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves on the beach. Beautifully landscaped grounds and a waterfall are a delight to the local wild parakeet population. No feeding please. At night you'll appreciate well-lit pathways and grounds.
