The 8th floor view of the ocean gives you peaceful seclusion without sacrificing the convenience of being near area restaurants and local diners. You can even walk to Pineapple Willy's and many other eateries! Our prices include daily beach chairs & umbrella service (excludes winter season)so you always have a great spot on the beach reserved for you!

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 42 inch LCD TV, DVD player. The living room also has extra tall and wide windows and sliding door that provide an exceptional beachfront view and access to the oversized balcony.

All linens and towels are provided.

The guest bathroom has direct access from the guest bedroom plus access from the hall which allows anyone using the queen sleeper sofa to access this bathroom without going through the guest bedroom.

If you need time away, to laugh, read, exercise, sunbathe, collect shells, take romantic walks on the beach, outlet shop, putt putt, golf, slide down crazy water slides, etc...we have a wonderful, playfully decorated Condominium where you can feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. Why Diana chose Ocean Villa Resort

The beach is never over-crowded, even during Spring Break and summer, because this is not an enormous complex. The condo floorplan is spacious and the balconies at Ocean Villa are the largest along the PCB coast. The resort is convenient to restaurants and activities but not right in the middle of a high tourist area.

What makes this condo unique

Balcony, balcony, balcony. :) We love starting and ending each day w/ a gorgeous view of the sand and surf. Located on the 8th floor, we are high enough above the pool deck to avoid the noise and yet not too high above the beach so the view is perfect!

This was a great trip. We really enjoyed staying at your condo and want to visit again soon as possible. The condo was extremely nice and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and I couldn't have gotten a better nights sleep at home. I enjoyed the large balcony and view was perfect. Great location with many good restaurants close by. Also, the provided beach umbrella and chairs was such a plus. Thanks again.Judy

Heavenly Vacation Getaway

When we walked into the condo we immediately wanted to extend our stay. We were able to add an extra night and we enjoyed the perfect home away from home. We were fortunate the weather was mostly good and spent every day on the beach. We explored some of the local restaurants and the owner gave us some great places to try out. The sunsets from the balcony were truly amazing, we tried to capture them with our cameras but they wowed us in person every evening. The condo was clean and comfortable and when travelling with women the two bathrooms came in handy. Can't see staying in hotels when there is VRBO/HomeAway available. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Hope to come back again soon. Thank you Diana Sincerely, Judi O

Great condo! We stayed for five nights to participate in Ironman Florida. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed in the master bedroom is fantastic! Amazing beach views and the kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Perfect location close enough to race venue, but far enough away to be out of the craziness.

We so enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa 803. Diana was great to work with and made all the arrangements so easy to complete. Her Surf Shack was great and just as the pictures portray. This time of year is the perfect time to visit the beach, great weather and no crowds. We visited some great places to eat...enjoyed breakfast at Fatty Patty's Bakery and Cafe on Thomas Drive, lunch at Uncle Ernie's on the Bay in Historic Panama City. If you haven't visited Historic Panama City you are missing a step back in time. Dinner...where else but the Boatyard, always delicious. Certainly hope to stay at the Surf Shack again!

Fantastic!!!

My husband and I choose this condo to take our honeymoon vacation on. When we got there we were blown away. The view is breath taking. The balcony is right on the beach with a wonderful view of the beach and water. The condo was spacious, clean and we enjoyed staying here. It has a full kitchen so we were able to cook some and not have to eat out every meal. The bed in the master was so comfy too! The condo has 2 pools and a hot tub which we used plenty of b/c the gulf was closed because of the tide due to Hurricane Issac. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone, you would not be disappointed. We will definitly be going back!
