Casa de los Ninos is a charming 3 story villa located inside the beach front community of Villas de la Playa. Situated in the center of the upscale gated community, it overlooks the uniquely beautiful pool and enjoys ocean views from every floor, without forgoing the privacy offered by the lush gardens surrounding villa. The home is decorated in a traditional Mexican style offering it’s guests an authentic Mexican experience. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is complete with full kitchen, BBQ grill and roof top palapa with incredible ocean, mountain and architectural views making it ideal for romantic and quiet evenings. A private concierge service is included to insure your every need is met.

We spent a week in this charming 3 story Mexican villa. The location is amazing. It is right on the beach with access to a private pool but private enough for even the most discreet visitor.

The beach views are amazing, surpassed only by the sunset views from the palapa. We walked up the beach for dinner and back thru the charming cobblestone roads back home.

We hope to go back every other year. The owners were very accomadating and the property manager was very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. A wonderful wonderful visit!

we stayed at this casa in 2008 we just loved everything about it. it was very comfortable clean well maintained and enjoyable. they gave us very good service it was also very well located close to the markets, ocean, and just about anything you wanted to do. i would recommend this villa enjoy casa ninos with the mexican flare
