The condo has a full kitchen & luxury bath in the master bedroom. It is located near both casual & fine dining establishments in the area. Barataria is a short drive to the Gulf Aquarium & The Big Kahuna Water Park. Other activities include parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, as well as many local entertainment hot spots.

Condo was well located in the Destin harbor with multiple fishing boats, tour boats and commercial activity. None was intrusive but rather enjoyable experience.
Restaurants are located within walking distance of this condo and there is a good variety, all with good food and drink in the casual Florida style.
Interior is well laid out and will suit 2 couples maximum. The kitchen, however, is sparcely equipped and it was difficult to prepare meals with the limited pots, pans, utensiles.
Our biggest disappointment was that the unit was only partially cleaned for our arrival and we did spend a few hours cleaning it. The second bedroom linens had not been washed from previous tenants, etc. Insist on a cleaning before you move in.
