Welcome to our family condominium! Our three-bedroom, three-bath condominium is the perfect getaway for a fun and relaxing vacation and we are looking forward to sharing it with you! Enjoy our quiet, no-wake cove with a private sand beach (with volleyball court) and swimming dock a few feet off shore. Great fishing from the covered docks and along the wooded shoreline of the cove. Inside the condominium, you will find it is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with linens and plenty of towels in supply. We are located at mile marker 21, near Tan-Tar-A Lodge in Osage Beach - Close (less than one mile) to grocery store, gas station, golf courses, miniature golf, and much more. It is secluded from the heavy traffic, but easily accessible to the attractions that will surely make your vacation a memorable one. Easy access off of Highway 54 (no gravel roads to this complex!), allows you to not waste your valued vacation time!

Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, the third bedroom has two bunk beds - bottom bunks are full-size, the top-bunks are twin-size. The condo has a full-size washer/dryer, dining area, and five barstools with serving area. Dining room table comfortably seats eight and expands to seat 12. Beautifully decorated. Approximately 1600 square feet. This condominium is waterfront with large sliding glass doors in the living room and two bedrooms for great views of the lake. Two swimming pools - one just a few steps from the condominium, while the other swimming pool is located on a point right on the water where you can enjoy watching the boats and sunsets while relaxing by the pool.

Restrictions: Groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our unit. Quiet hours (11 PM to 7 AM) are enforced by the complex security and they will evict parties that get out of control. We know our guests and neighbors appreciate the security available at the complex and that these policies ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the lake. Absolutely NO Pets or Smoking, Please. Cancellation Policy: Security deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Strange Vacation

The condo looks somewhat as it is shown in the pictures but there were the owners personal items everywhere!!! It was uncomfortable to stay for a week and have to live out of suitcases because the owners things were in the drawers, closets, even in the showers! The carpets were filthy. And do not believe it if you are told as we were there would be a place to park the boat. Signs are posted everywhere and we had to take the boat to a public landiing. We had a good week in spite of the conditions but I think there must be better out there.
Owner's Response: This is the 1st complaint or poor review I've received in over 5 years of renting our condo to anyone - we've received numerous compliments and sweet notes left in the condo describing how great a time their families had.

My condo appears "exactly" as the pictures show in the listing. "Yes" we have personal items in "our" dressers, closets, etc... - my listing clearly states it's "our family condo", this is “not” some company-managed rental. We do have soap and shampoo in the showers (no one has ever complained before). We clear the refrigerator, but leave condiments.

The carpets are "stained", not filthy. We have an ! estimate (obtained in April 2009 well ahead of this review/complaint) to replace them, but not until after this summer. The "stained carpets" were clearly listed the in my "known issues" I provide when the condo is rented.

The "No Parking" signage is “new” this summer, I was not aware of the new restriction when the renter asked in February. In fact, I initiately suggested a marina 5mins away for their boat. First time I saw those signs was in late July when we took our vacation this year (2009). Renters in the past have parked their boat/trailer on the 3rd level exactly as I described to this renter.

My listing also states "sleeps 10". The renter made the request to add two additional people - I clearly explained that was Ok, but they might have to use the couches. That might have contributed to the "uncomfortable stay" with 12 people in the condo for a week.

I never received any phone calls or a note when the keys were returned explaining how unhappy the renter was - heck I might have refunded some of the rent because of the new signage and their inconvenience with the boat parking if I would have been contacted.

I hope this review doesn't detour anyone from considering our condo for their vacation. I am an honest owner and ENJOY sharing our condo with great renters who treat our condo like theirs.
