Cozy cottage on 1 acre with 125 foot frontage on Lake Champlain. The gradual grade and convenient 60 foot dock make the waterfront excellent for children. A deep water mooring, kayak and a canoe are available for your use. The cabin has an open living/dining room, large screened porch for dining or sleeping, kitchen and bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms and a sleeping loft for children. Walk or bike 1/2 mile into South Hero for ice cream or dinner. Less than 20 minutes from Burlington.

Beautiful scenic setting: Our newly renovated cabin is a very comfortable, family-friendly, getaway on beautiful Lake Champlain. The kitchen has all amenities - cook in or outside on the gas BBQ. Our new 60 foot dock has a boat lift and a ladder for easy lake access. Convenient concrete stairs also lead directly from the yard into the lake. A windsurfer, canoe with paddles, kayak, and life jackets are available for your use. Bike 1/2 mile into South Hero for pizza or antiquing. Its close proximity makes for a quick and easy drive to Burlington for the day. South Hero State Park, a public golf course and a boat launch are nearby.
