Our wonderful waterfront home is nestled on over 1 acre of surreal landscape abutting the Green Pond. Incredible views from the back yard and with a 60 foot dock situated on navigables waters, you are minutes to Vineyard Sound. With the tranquil family setting and scenery, marine life , and protected wetlands, this is one of the most beautiful areas on Cape Cod. The expanded Cape house has large comfortable living areas, air conditioners, modern kitchen, game room, washer/ dryer, 3 full bathrooms and 4 very private bedrooms. Two decks overlooking Green Pond allows for expansive panoramics views as well as magnificent sunsets. Walking distance to Menauhant and Falmouth Heights sandy beaches, Green Pond Marina , and close proximity to dining, shopping, island ferries and fishing charters.
