This 2nd floor condo is in the beautiful quiet community of New Smyrna Beach on the east coast of Florida. Equipped with everything you need for a family vacation including a washer and dryer inside the unit, media center with DVD/VCR/MP-3 and cable TV, DVD/VHS and book library, Free broad band WiFi Internet access, TV in both bedrooms, beach toys, hair dryer, and much more. The building has a central fire detector and extinguisher, and 55 all ocean front units. The complex has a heated pool from Feb 1st to May 1st. We love this condo!! It was our second time staying in it and it is so beautiful and well stocked and maintained. Very family friendly area and the view of the ocean is fantastic. Every morning we would watch dolphins playing right outside our window. Hope to visit again soon.

Total Relaxation in this condo. It truly was go in sit down and relax. Everything we needed was there and the view was exceptional. It was so peaceful and quiet.
We had our grandson with us and it was a very family oriented.
We definately will try to get this condo again.
It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had.

Our family of three teens and two adults stayed at the Condo March 10th to 17th, 2012. Our expectations were fully met. The property is well maintained and the property managers were very pleasant and helpfull.. We would recommend this condo to anyone. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. The beach is very quiiet and our kids loved the ocean. The rec room at the top of the building was great also! We plan to return next year!

Very Relaxing

This was a very relaxing place for my family with two young children to stay. The unit was well equiped with all the comforts of home and had plenty of beach toys for my 2 & 3 year old children. We really loved that the beach was literally seconds away.
