Shore Drive is a cul-de-sac street with only renter or owner traffic, away from the heavy congestion but still close to everything. Second floor unit in center of a 3 story building. FREE HIGH SPEED DSL WIFI INTERNET. Featuring an ocean view covered balcony overlooking the ocean, pool, swash, and golf course. There are 2 swimming pools. Outdoor park benches, picnic tables, 6 charcoal barbecues, 2 showers, pool and deck chairs. Gated parking. Non-Smoking unit with smoking permitted outside on covered balcony only. Bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and wash cloths, or they can be supplied for an added nominal fee. There is a Life Guard on duty at the ocean from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We will be renting from the Addison's for the Fourth year this summer. They are easy to rent from and are eager to please their clients. The condo is always clean, the beach is not crowded, and the linens are fresh and white. The Condo is cozy and feels like home. We love it!
