We have a quaint boathouse & deck nestled at the bottom of a grass staircase by the water’s edge, a private pebble and sand beach with sand bars, and complete with kayaks and a canoe. Designed by a world famous architect for relaxed country living, this simple estate offers complete privacy and easy accessibility to all that Cape Cod has to offer to summer sojourners.
