Whale Done!
We recently stayed at this house and had a great time. Two adults, 7 year old and 1 dog! The views from the house are awesome. The house sits up high on a bluff which makes for great whale watching. We saw a few whale spouts, whale back and even a whale tail(fluke). We even spotted a few seals or sea lions too. The access to the beach is just a short drive or walk down the hill. I didn't think Lincoln City had many tide pools but I heard there were some at Roads End but I noticed to the left of the house when standing on the deck that there were some rocks sticking out of the ocean. So, we headed down there at low tide and BINGO--tide pools galore full of starfish, mussels, small fish, crabs, etc. If you like tide pooling then it's a must see. The house was very comfortable and having the garage for the dog to hang out in until he dried worked perfectly. Vicki was easy to work with on the booking. My 7 year old was very sad to leave. We will be back!
