Falmouth Heights Park is your yard, directly in front of Falmouth Heights beach. Unobstructed ocean views from huge, breezy front porch - perfect for cocktails after the beach. The house has a large living room and dining room facing the park and ocean beyond. There is also a large family room with daybeds, game table, TV/DVD - provides lot of different places for kids and adults to play, watch movies, read, etc. Play our piano, relax on our porch or play Frisbee in the park right outside after a fun day at the beach. Sleeps 12; 5 bedrooms (2 on main floor, 3 upstairs, daybeds in family room). Centrally located: walk to two ocean-front restaurants. Walk in the other direction to Falmouth harbor - catch ferry to Martha's vineyard or marvel at all the graceful yachts. Movie theatres, shopping only a 4 minute drive away.

We stayed in early July for a week with another family (who we have vacationed with a few times before). The house had a great location, literally a 1-2 minute walk on the park to the most popular beach in Falmouth - and to the two restaurants on the beach with really good fish n chips and burgers. And, having the park right outside for morning coffee and walking around to smell the summer dew was a really special part of our stay.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
