Cocoa Beach Vacation Rental condo

The description of the condo was accurate regarding the location and layout. The owner was prompt is returning email.

I would not recommend this property to a friend or relative. It is more of a residental building than a vacation destination. The unit is in a building of eight apartments. There is no pool or laundry. Residents are required to park behind the building in an unlit alley. The unit shared a ventilation duct with other apartments. The smoking in other units filtered into this unit making it smell very strongly of smoke. If you have asthma as I do, this can be a real problem. After leaving this unit all of our clothes stank from the smells within the apartment. I had to wash ever single piece of clothing we owned.

The unit is directly behind the Ron Jon's which is a huge tourist attraction. It is also a few blocks from the beach. There are a number of strip clubs and adult book stores directly around the building which might scare off families looking for a place to stay.

If this unit was picked up and separated from the building and placed in a more attractive location it would be a great place to stay. It is well decorated and newly updated. As it stands I would not stay here again.
