Fully Furnished, Large Executive Villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in a peaceful community, 10 minutes from Disney World and 1 mile from the world famous Champion Gates Golf Course. Enjoy swimming in our large heated pool or relax in the Spa. This home features an entertainment center, internet access, game room, fenced back yard, and your pets are welcome.

Area: Located in Ashley Manor Estates, a community of executive style homes on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is in a peaceful setting surrounded by woods and lakes, but with easy access to shopping, golf, and all the major attractions. Disney World is only a short 10 minute drive on a low traffic route. Interstate I-4 is only minutes away giving you access to the attractions in Tampa and Orlando. World renowned Champions Gate Golf Club & Reunion Resort is only a mile away. There is a Publix supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, and fast food outlets only 5 minutes away. If you like golf, there are 4 courses within 5 minutes and over 25 courses within a 20 minute drive.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    $780 per week Jan - Feb, Nov - Dec
    $880 per week Mar - May, Sep - Oct
    $980 per week Jun - Aug
    $1080 per week Dec 16 - Jan 4th

    Pool/Spa heating is available if required for an additional cost of $150 per week.

    A non-refundable deposit of $250 per booked week is required to confirm your reservation
    and the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.

    A Refundable Security Deposit of $300 is due with the final rental payment.

    For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival, full payment plus Security Deposit will be due at the time of booking.

    Preparation & Cleaning fee is included in rentals of one week or longer. For bookings of less than 6 nights, please add $100.

    12% Florida Sales and Logging tax

Simple words cannot explain our experience from start to finish of this property.
Great care and understanding was taken by owners Lowell & Donna insuring our 10-day vacation was memorable. From explaining our concerns,questions, to accommodating changes in itinerary.
What can we say about their home? Clean, VERY well maintained, close to stores, and attractions. Pictures shown of this property, not the best. I'ts way BETTER!!!!!!! and we can't stop telling anyone who ask.
This was our first attempt at renting and I'm sure VRBO has properties which don't live up to the Avery's standards, but we're going to defiantly do this again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very nice house

The house was very clean when we arrived. The owners and management company were very quick to respond to concerns. Enough dinnerware and silverware but we could have used a few more towels. Kids loved the game room. The only thing I would have done differently was to have gone at a different time of the year as it rained much of the two weeks we were there. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

Hi, your house is very nice, we had a great time in Florida. We picked a good week to go, it was so nice in Florida, and it snowed so much in Green Bay. The next time we go to Florida, we will check if the house is available.
