Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Beautiful 4 bedroom Carriage House- New (2006). Located off Macgregor Boulevard in South Fort Myers. Ten minutes to Ft. Myer's beach- 15 - 20 minutes to Sanibel/Captiva beach. Just recently upgraded TV to 47' in Family Room

Lucaya, a gated community, is just minutes from the Sanibel Bridge. Golfing, swimming, shell collecting, boating, parasailing, shopping at the Miramar Outlets, gambling at the Seminole Casino are just a few of the activities available close by. Historical downtown Naples for dining and shopping is also miles away. Red Sox and Minnesota Twins fans will enjoy the 10 minute drive to Cypress Park where Spring Training takes place.

Lucaya has a beautiful pool with a clubhouse and fitness center along with outside grills, big screened TV inside and a small playground for the children. Access to the Clubhouse and pool requires code input and is very secure.

Our unit is 3578 square feet including the lanai and 2 car garage. The unit includes a formal dining room along with a separate breakfast area, island with stools, family room with flat screen TV and a lanai off of the family room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV along with a master bath that contains an over-sized shower, his and her vanities and over-sized tub. Second and third bedrooms are adjoined by a private bathroom with a queen size in one room and double beds in the other. Both rooms have cable TV. Adjacent to these rooms is a nice sized laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and cabinets for storage. Across the hall there is a private room with a queen size bed. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. WIRELESS INTERNET is included.

What makes this condo unique

Our Carriage House is very spacious and very conducive for entertaining. The kitchen area is wide open which allows guests, family and friends to enjoy a nice dinner or just gather to socialize. The lanai is screened in overlooking the canal for after dinner drinks or just relaxing.

Very much enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. Well decorated, very clean and comfortable. Good for small or large family. We liked the location for the beach, restaurants, and golf. Owners were great.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location was close to the beaches, malls, restaurants and grocery stores. The owners were very easy to contact and responded to questions and e-mails in a very timely manner. The photos do not give the listing justice. It was clean, comfortable, and the property as a whole is well maintained. The pool and clubhouse were perfect for our family. The people living in the community were friendly making our family feel welcome during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to family or friends to enjoy as well.

No better place to spend your vacation

My family spent the summer in this gorgeous apartment close to Sanibel's wonderful beaches and some great shopping malls. The apartment is furnished beautifully, very clean and you will find everything you need. It perfectly fits three generations of your family if you plan a family vacation. The pool area is great for everyone and kids will have the greatest fun. You will have a lot of privacy in this unit and are able to relax and forget about your daily stress. The apartment is centrally located to reach beaches, dining and shopping close by. Day trips to the Everglades are also perfectly to plan from there. My family could not ask for a better place to stay. Maria is great with assistance, help and tips and made it very easy to find everything. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. If my family plans to visit this area again, they will definitely get back to you.

Perfect foundation to great vacation

The entire experience was delightful. Maria was responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The home is beautiful. The furnishings are a perfect blend of luxury and family friendly. Bed's were very comfortable. Master bedroom was private, quiet, and separate from the other bedrooms. In addition, the location was only a few minutes from beaches, plenty of shopping, and restaurants. We will definitly make this our regular vacation destination. Couldn't ask for more.

Something for everyone!

My family rented this property for the month of March 2011.Everything about this house was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, well equiped and most of all very comfortable for a large group. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool/hot tub/gym complex which is a one minute walk down the road. The location is fantastic. The house is close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beach. There are also lots of places to shop and dine in the area.I rented a bicycle close by and went for long rides most day. Most of our crowd were bird watchers and we found we were fairly close to lots of nature reserves. The owners are very friendly and attentive. They want to make sure you are well looked after. I would highly recommend this home
