Description of the Clam Lake vacation house rental

Wake up as if in a dream! Located next to a beautiful trout stream, our home is situated in one of the most peaceful and tranquil setting imaginable. Cook in our gourmet kitchen, relax in the Jacuzzi bath, or simply kickback and enjoy our professionally decorated home. We have a stream-side great room with a gas fireplace. The basement has another gas fireplace with dry bar and lots of space for games and family gatherings. The deck spans the entire stream side of the home with a spot for camp fires adjacent. No more driving hours to your getaway! We are located just 85 miles northeast of Minneapolis. Historic Seven Pines Lodge is located just upstream from us. Built in 1903 and listed as a National Historic Site, the lodge has had many famous visitors including President Calvin Coolidge. Wake up and decide because every moment is yours... Will it be fly fishing, golf, canoeing, hiking, or nothing at all.

Car: necessary

I-35 north to U.S. Highway 8 (Forest Lake exit). Turn right (east) on U.S. 8 and proceed to Taylors Falls. Cross the St. Croix River to Wisconsin and continue on U.S. 8 four miles to Wisconsin highway 35. Go north on WI-35 for 26 miles to Lewis. Turn right (east) on Main Avenue and go two blocks. Turn right (south) on 115th Street and go 1/2 mile. Turn left (east) on 340th Avenue. The entrance to Trout Haven is the first driveway on the right.
