The Beach Club complex and Golf Courses Club House complex are just over 3 miles from the island entrance security gate house. The turn-off to our villa is at 2.9 miles along Seabrook Island Road - very close to those important amenities - a short bike ride or pleasant, scenic walk. The Dunecrest Villlas are along a cul de sac (no through traffic) facing the lagoon which runs alongside the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks golf course. As such, our quiet, comfortable villa - not a multi-unit condo - is closer to these great activities than 90% of the island.

The coastal Carolina barrier islands in this area remain largely unspoiled. Seabrook is the opposite of Miami/Ft. Lauderdale - no concrete high-rises, no traffic. We have palm trees... but we also have thousands of Spanish moss draped grand oaks that were here when the Charles Towne colony was established in the 17th century. Our main street, Seabrook Island Road, weaves through a dense canopy of these fabulous trees 2.9 miles to our street. The beach and country club are, from here, only a few hundred yards away. Enjoy.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay at Seabrook. The owner was so pleasant and attentive and the villa was oustanding. Well stocked, luxurious bedding and towels, very high standard of cleanliness. The proximity to the beach and pools was great - 2 to 4 minutes in the car - too far to walk with all of your beach stuff in the heat of the day. The unique design of the villa provides privacy as you are not part of a larger building of apartments. Thanks again for providing a wonderful vacation destination.
