House, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-5)

We are located one mile from the airport and ferry and three blocks to the shopping mall and hospital.

The view is fantastic as you drink your morning coffee and watch the activity on the Tongass Narrows. This property is clean, comfortable and well maintained. There is plenty of room to move around (over 1000 sq ft) and can sleep up to 5 people.

This home is very family friendly. It is outfitted with a recliners, a queen size sofa sleeper, desk for your paperwork and wireless internet network. Dining table seats 6...it's like home away from home. Large open kitchen is fully outfitted.

Long term rentals will require a lease and a minimum cleaning deposit of $500.00 100% refundable if unit is left in the same condition that it was in upon your arrival.

2 day minimum rental. 13% tax applies to rentals less than 1 month. 6% for monthly rentals. 50% of total is required upon confirmation of reservation with final payment due 30 days prior to check in. Prices listed are for double occupancy, each additional person is $25.00 per day.

We accept PAYPAL or cashier's check.

Location is optimal for the business traveler. Centrally located and minutes from everywhere. Kitchen is stocked w/ basic kitchen and household equipment. Clothes washer and dryer located in the apartment. This truly is like home away from home! Hope to see you soon.
