Truly A Beachfront Beauty!! The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 37 inch Flat Panel HDTV, Cable, DVD, stereo / CD, movies, books, games and opens onto the screened lanai. The lanai has table and chairs to enjoy beachfront dining. Custom kitchen with granite countertops, fully equipped, including washer/dryer, service for 8 and opens to the dining//living room with bar stools at the counter for relaxed dining. Master bedroom has king-size bed, Flat Panel HDTV, clock radio, private bath with custom vanity, hair dryer provided, and opens onto the lanai. Second bedroom has twin beds, Flat Panel TV, clock radio, private bath with glass enclosed shower, hair dryer provided. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, books, movies, and games all provided.

Carlos Pointe is located at the south end of the island, directly on the beach. A short walk across the bridge brings you to Lover's Key State Park, with one of the safest beaches in the USA. If you are lucky you can swim with the dolphins. The trolley stops in front of the building for a leisurely ride to Times Square. Santini Plaza is 1 mile away where you have restaurants, shops, bank, deli, marina for boat rentals. Executive golf course is less than 1 mile away. The island offers jet ski rentals, boat rentals, dolphin tours, parasailing, golf, ferries to The Keys and a casino boat. Close by is Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel Island, Captiva, The Everglades, sports arena, outlet shopping.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 1 week and we were thrilled! We couldn't have asked for anything more at all. The condo is very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home but has a better view. The beach is clean and gorgeous and the views are awesome.
We hope to stay here again when we go back to Ft .Myers!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
