This was the best rental we have ever had. Dean and Leeann are great owners and very helpful at getting you around on the water, as well as getting food in your stomach. We are having a great time and the house is fantastic. The pool is clean and extremely well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The boat gave us trouble on day one (the prop needed to be replaced), but Dean and Leeann came out and took care of it right away. Amazing people!!! I would recommend this rental to everyone, but would rather keep it for myself!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We just returned from the most wonderful week of vacation we have had in a long time. The house was perfect for 2 couples. The girls relaxed on the lanai and lounged by the pool while the guys spent the morning fishing on the boat. The weather was perfect and seeing Marco Island by water is definetely the way to go. Thank you very much Leeann and Dean for your personal guided tours of both the house and the boat. We intend to come back next year. :)

Great home on the water-We had 2 kids ages 7 and 10 and they kept themselves busy in the pool and hunting for treasures at the dock. The pictures dont do the house justice. Its a beautiful spot!
