PERFECT - VERY NICE APPARTMENT / PARFAIT

Très joli et spacieux appartement situé dans une marina de St. Cyprien port. Tout correspond parfaitement au descriptif! Les propriétaires sont adorable!
Nous avons apprécier la vue sur la marina lors de nos repas pris sur la terrasse. Un petit centre commercial (à 5 minutes à pied) propose tous dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (boulanger, poissonnerie, boucher, petit supermarché, légumes frais, bar et restaurants). La piscine est très propre et agréable, la plage la plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied. Parking et accès sécurisés, puis location très calme.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Very nice and spacious apartment located in a marina St. Cyprien port. Everything matches perfectly to the description! The owners are lovely!
We enjoyed the view during all our meals taken on the terrace. A small shopping center (5 minutes walk) offers all you may need (baker, fishmonger, butcher, small supermarket, fresh vegetables, bar and restaurants). The swimming pool is very clean and nice, the nearest beach 20 minutes to walk. All very quiet and parking with secured access.
We will return with great pleasure!

A great holiday in France

We have just spent 2 fabulous weeks in this wonderful apartment. Having a balcony either end of the apartment is great because you could get a wonderful breeze coming through ,which was lovely when it was really hot (which it was). We only had one really cloudy day. There is a little shopping complex on site where you can get newspapers, food shopping and your daily pan au chocolate. There are also restaurants and two take-away pizza places that serve the best pizzas ever. Also there is a footpath that will take you around the whole marina, lovely for a morning stroll. Lots of places to visit without going too far. The apartment complex is very safe, having keys to the car park and to your apartment block. The entrance hall and stairs are very clean and smell lovely and fresh. We loved this place and would definitely like to come back. Ann, (the owner) was very helpful and responded to any questions by return e-mail)

Great location, lovely apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment with everything that you need for a good holiday. It is located in a secure, well maintained complex with stunning views over the marina and easy acces to a well kept swimming pool. Best of all, it is right beside the Centre Commerciale so it's easy to pop out in the morning for your fresh baguette and croissant! In the eventime, you have the option of taking freshly cooked food to eat in the apartment or sampling some of the lovely restaurants.
There's so much to do and see, all within easy reach of here, from neighboring resorts and villages to the breathtaking Pyrenees, this location can cater for all your needs. Excellent.

Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Ideal for young couples or for families with teen-kids, but there is something for everyone there! Barcelona is 2 hours away, Andorra 2,5, the romantic route to Collioure and the Spanish boarders is a must!

The apartment is great, spacious and clean and the location/setting is unbelievable! It was one of our nicest Holidays.

Very uncomplicated and easy communication with the host - thank you, Ann, for that!

We had a lovely time on this holiday. The accomodation was just five minutes from the beach and Aqualand. The appartment was lovely and clean and it was good having the two bathrooms. However, the double bed in the main bedroom was something of a let-down. It was very uncomfortable and each morning we had very bad backache. The other let down was the pool. Whilst it was very clean and a good size, there was no shade and nowhere to put a parasol, and to get in and out of the pool area one had to use a key system, which in our opinion was too much of a palaver

Excellent Holiday

This property and location were perfect for our family holiday for 5. The property was spacious with great views from the balcony over looking the marina. Shops, restaurants and beaches were all in very easy reach and the on site pool was great for us all.

Ann (the owner) was so easy to liaise with and she made our trip so simple to organise - thank you.

Overall - great apartment, great location, great facilities and a great holiday that I would highly recommend.

Notes There is no additional charge for cleaning during July /August. There is a cleaning charge of 30 GBP for stays of one week duration outside of these months. Sheets and towels can be hired at a charge of £10 per person for a set of sheets and two towels, one large one small. Off season rental rates are negotiable
I require a deposit of £150 to secure the dates on booking in advance. This deposit will also be held as a security deposit and will be refundable after your stay once all is in order with the apartment. Full payment will be made five weeks before your stay and letting contracts will be exchanged.
