Nearest Motorway: 27 close to junction 55 for the I 4 at 5 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 50 Miles
Nearest Golf: Southern Dunnes at 1 Miles
Nearest Restaurant: Mannys Chop House at 1 Miles
Car: recommended
The home is situated not far from the Lake which has fishing jetty we provide all fishing equipment. We are also 1 mile from a super Wal-Mart and other local shops. Some great local restaurants are nearby including the famous Mannys but be warned- book early. We enjoyed a four coarse meal for six people including drinks for under $150. Further south on the 27 is Eagle Ridge shopping Mall; same as the Florida Mall but a lot quieter 20 minute drive. On a Fri. Sat. and Sunday there is a market where you can buy anything at very reasonable prices- that's where i bought those fishing rods. From the villa the I-4 interstate can take you straight to Disney missing the queues on the 192. Attractions & Distances DISNEY WORLD 20 min, Universal 30 min, Sea World 25 min, Kennedy Space Centre 50 mins, Busch Gardens 50 min, Daytona 60 mins, Gulf Coast 60 mins, Greg Norman Golf Course 5 mins, Champions Gate Golf Course 5 mins. All approx times depending on traffic.

Those are our feelings about your house. Perfect in every way. Beautifully appointed, well stocked with all the necessary appliances etc, fastidiously clean; and the final thoughtful touch the food items that were there.
