Accommodations: Our home has porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have Berber carpet, window blinds and curtains for full privacy. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and oven and also includes a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A coffee maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils are provided. Service for eight is included as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cook books necessary to create your own gourmet meal. 150-channel Dish Network satellite provided in living room via a high definition 37-inch wall mounted LCD TV with a 600 watt surround sound system. Free local phone service in kitchen and all bedrooms. Long distance outbound phone service within the U.S. and Canada provided by phone in living room.
Luxuries: Included with the home is the use of a wireless laptop and a wireless network card to provide Internet Access. If you need to conduct business, a color printer and fax machine are also available. We have a furnished screened in patio that overlooks a bamboo fenced backyard with gas BBQ and lush landscaping. There is a 4 person hot tub to help you unwind! Hollywood - Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are both just 20 minutes away. Only five minutes to downtown Hollywood, 15 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 20 minutes to trendy South Beach! More importantly, we are centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offering access to all that south Florida has to offer. We are just six miles west of Hollywood Beach, with its famous boardwalk, restaurants and shopping! Come stay with us!

Golf: If golf is your game, then Hollywood is the place for you. There are 8 courses available in Hollywood just minutes from your rental home.
Guest Book: Just returned from a great holiday in Florida, which included a week at this property. The house was well situated close to the main routes in and out of Miami. It was well fitted out, with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Easy access to everything via the Turnpike, Interstates 95 and 595, and Hollywood Blvd. Very clean and well kept. Gary and Angie were easy to work with and when we had a problem with the phone and computer it was addressed immediately. We are returning for the winter of 09.
