Situated in a beautiful complex of landscaped tropical gardens, pools, waterfalls & fountains, This beautiful modern penthouse apartment offers luxurious accommodation for 4 people. The complex is within walking distance of Puerto Cabopino (2Km), with it’s beautiful marina & many fine restaurants. Capobino also has one of the sandiest beaches on the Costa. There is a direct access road via a foot bridge over the A7 to these places. It is a 15 minute drive to Marbella & Puerto Banus in one direction and Mijas & Fuengirola in the the other direction. These locations offer a wide choice of restaurants and bars and night clubs. The complex is adjacent to Cabopino Golf. Other golf courses within 15 minutes drive are Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Mijas, La Cala and Santana. The property is in an ideal location for people who want to experience the nightlife that the Marbella area has to offer, play golf or just 'chill out'.

La Reserva de Marbella is situated in Las Chapas, a beautiful area of Marbella. It is equi-distance from Fuengirola and Marbella (approx 15 minutes drive) and a 2 km walk from the beautiful marina, beach and fine restaurants of Puerto Cabopino. The town of Calahonda is about 4 - 5 minutes drive away with its many supermarkets and restaurants. Here you will also find an Irish butchers called McKennas. There is an excellent bus service up and down the coast and the bus stops are at the entrance to La Reserva on the N340. I am a smoker myself & out of consideration for those who don’t smoke, I confine smoking to the terraces. We have a travel cot and high chair available for your use, should you need them. Charges for their use are €15.00 each or €25.00 for the two of them per week. The lower balcony has a table and four chairs making it ideal for breakfast, lunch or a nice glass of Spanish wine. The large L shaped roof terrace is reached via a spiral staircase from the lower balcony. Here we have a covered dining area with a teak table & chairs for 5 people, a Laundry area and a barbecue. We also have sun lounger’s, a large parasol & a clothes airier. Pamela from the UK looks after the apartment for us. INTERNET ACCESS IS NOW AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED ---NOMINAL CHARGE

Additional Information on Apartment: In addition to the booking deposit a refundable deposit of €200.00 is required to cover breakages, loss of keys or excessive cleaning. This will be returned to you less any costs shortly after or on departure.

Golfers: The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. It is also known as Costa del Golf. This apartment is beside Cabopino Golf and there are very many excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The famous course of Valderama is about 60 Kms drive.

Recently returned from my third stay in this penthouse and it just gets better every time. Definitely one of the best apartments in La Reserva. The complex itself is excellent, child friendly and well maintained. This apartment has a great terrace and upper balcony with an excellent BBQ, is close to all amenities and the lovely port. Highly recommended.

Our second stay in this Cabopino penthouse

Second time in Cabopino in this Penthouse, the first time last year was brilliant already, but this year (our honeymoon) even better, the owner has created an outside kitchen block next to the fixed BBQ which makes evening dinners on the roof patio even more romantic. Supermarkets with fresh fish, meat and vegetables within 2 kilometers, bring back and cook in the very well equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time down in the tropical garden at the upper(!!) swimmingpool just reading,relaxing and having small fingerfood.
We are looking forward to our week here in August again, we fell in love
