You can even bring your own boat! Located at 1140 Edington Place, the house is within walking distance to exceptional restaurants such as the Snook Inn, Cafe de Marco and Old Marco Inn. This clean, smoke-free, pet-free 3BR/2BA home features a King bed in the Master, King bed in the first guest room, and twin beds in the second guest room. The living room boasts a large TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped bright white kitchen and expansive glass enclosed sun porch contribute to a spacious, open floor plan.
