Behold the breathtaking view from the wrap around balcony of this 12th story luxury condominium located right on the beach. You will get a breathtaking view of both the Atlantic Ocean and all of the boat traffic on the Intracoastal Waterway. And the night time views of Daytona and Daytona Beach are just as fantastic. You will also have a birds eye view of the famous Daytona Racetrack the minute you exit the elevator on the twelfth floor. The track is only some three miles away as the crow flies. If you are lucky enough to be here during one of the race weeks you can even hear the roar of the cars. Daytona is close to everything. Disney is an hour to the east, the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, is an hour up the coast, and Cape Canaveral is an hour to the south. The Cape is the state's biggest tourist attraction second only to Disney.

If you like golf, there are over 20 courses within 15 miles. You can go museum hopping, sight seeing at the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Florida's oldest, and para sailing or deep sea fishing. There are also a myriad of restaurants and a real boardwalk with arcades just up the street. Or you can just hang at the condominium and work out at the on site gym or swim in one of two pools, relax in one of two hot tubs or lounge on the beach. And if none of that floats your boat, get in your car and drive on the beach!! Where else can you do that? Fun and luxury await. What are you waiting for?
