  • Reservation/Damage deposit of $250.00 due at time of booking and refunded at the end of your stay.
  • Full rent payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If less that 30 days payment is due at the time of booking. Checks and money orders accepted. Can invoice through paypal for payment by Visa or MC.Cancellations made by guests prior to 30 days of arrival-there will be a full refund. Otherwise, refund will be based on the # of nights that we can rebook. There is a 4% Cancellation Fee.
