This luxury condo is located on the Mayan Island Complex on Acapulco. It is in the Tikal Building on the 10th floor and has a marvellous view that you will certainly enjoy.

It is fully furnished with everything you may need! It has 3 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, living room, dinning table, full equipped kitchen, service room, it is right in front of the beach, private swimming pools for adults and children, playground with activities like painting for kids, 24 hour security, cable tv, 3 terraces (2 with view to the beach and a larger one to the golf course), and cleaning service (if you need a cook or a nanny we can get them from you and you will be delighted with the Mexican flavours).

It is located in Playa Diamante, the newest part of Acapulco. It has restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and cinemas at a very short distance.

In Acapulco you will find some of the most beautiful beaches in the World, a multitude of luxurious hotels established at the beach and surrounded by exotic vegetation, excellent restaurants with all the flavors of the World to satisfy the most delicate taste, the world-famous cliff divers of La Quebrada, all accompanied by an overflowing nocturnal activity that only the sunrise seems to end.

Golf: Rental may include access to the 18 golf course in certain seasons, it is located at the Mayan Palace Resort and you would only pay for a cart or caddy. Ask the owner about it!

Evenmore, it may also include access to the 12 tennis courts (grass, clay and hard courts) and the beautiful Bri Spa of the Mayan Island Hotel to enjoy a relaxing time or exercise in the Gym.
