Beach Haven - Newly built Key West Style tastefully decorated townhouse (right side) with 3 spacious, bedrooms, 2 full baths, white wicker furniture, laundry room, central air, imported ceramic tile and whitewashed hardwood floors. Balcony off master bedroom with ocean view. Rear spacious sundeck for lounging. Only nine houses to beach. On-site parking for two cars. Walk to Bay Village, with quaint shops, excellent restaurants, Fantasy Island with a giant water slide, amusements, arcade and miniature golf. A marina is 2 blocks away, for all boating activities and rentals. Biking/walking/running paths nearby. A mile away is Surflight Theatre, where you can enjoy Broadway productions like 'Cats', etc. After theatre, visit Show Place Ice Cream Parlor and their singing waitstaff, an Island tradition. **WE DO NOT UPDATE CALENDAR. It is located on a quiet street, only 8 houses to the beach, away from traffic and noise, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation on LBI. Beautiful view of ocean from deck. May and September from $975 a week, June $1300 to $1700 a week, July and August $2300 a week. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date. Deposits are not refundable unless week is re-rented.
