The Apartment:
The Holiday Home Roman Holiday Coliseum Domus Aurea is in via Labicana 80, in a building dating from the early 1900’s, in the ancient and characteristic Rione Monti. The apartment, quiet and comfortable, is on the fourth floor and is made up of two double bedrooms and a living room with two double sofas-bed, an American kitchen, and a full bath. Satellite TV, air conditioning, as well as bed and bath linen are provided free-of-charge.
From the entranceway a corridor leads first to the ample living room and then to the two bedrooms. The bathroom has recently been redone and has a bathtub with shower, hot water supplied by a gas water heater. The large and welcoming kitchen can host romantic dinners for two or banquets for friends or family. Here too, plenty of hot water is guaranteed thanks to the electric water heater.
Upon your arrival you will receive a map of the city and useful information on the city sights, shops and places to eat in the area. The apartment has a well supplied bookshelf at your disposition containing tourist and archaeological guide books in various languages and our staff is always on hand to help and suggest touristic itineraries.
Ask for reductions in December 1-20 and in January 5-30!
How to Reach Us:
From the Airport
- By taxi it takes about 45 minutes. Please note that you can book it in advance (price: from €45);
- By public transport: from the airport you can take the Metro train to the central train station Roma Termini and from there take the (direction Anagnina) and get off at 'Manzoni.' From there you can take the 13 or 30b to Via Labicana. Only two bus stops and you have arrived!
From Rome - Termini Central Station:
- By taxi it takes about 10 minutes;
- By public transport: from the central train station Roma Termini you can take the line A of the Metro (direction Anagnina) and get off at 'Manzoni.' From there you can take the 13 or 30b to Via Labicana. Only two bus stops and you have arrived!
