Brand new 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom reversed living beach house. Master bedroom with King bed and bath with jacuzzi. Jr. Master bedroom with Queen bed, full bath, and adjoining deck. 3 additional bedrooms, 1 with Queen bed, 2 with 2 twin beds in each room. Top floor features a beautiful maple kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen adjoins spacious, open dining and living area with fireplace and access to large covered deck for eating and relaxing. Large bi-level rooftop deck offers ocean and bay views, with magnificent sunsets. First floor features a second living area, as well as a second large covered deck. Hardwood floors and 2-zone air conditioning, with new furnishings throughout. All 3 decks are furnished with comfortable patio seating, with a gas grill and patio table and chairs featured on the second floor deck, off of the dining area. Outdoor shower, beach badges, and other amenities makes this the perfect summer rental.

Go deep-sea fishing or take a boat excursion to Atlantic City.

Beautiful Home for Family Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home and look forward to returning again next year!!! We loved the open floor plan and the 2nd living room space was great for the kids to set up their playstation and have their own area... Plenty of room for a large family to be comfortable!!! Very close to beach and all local attractions... An added convenience is that the supermarket is right accross the street!!! Looking forward to making this a yearly family retreat!!!

Perfect Vacation!

In June, 2011, our family enjoyed a wonderful week at 1 East Sea Breeze Drive. The house has all the amenities of a staying in a 5 star hotel. Family is very important to us and this 5 bedroom home allowed us and our three married children and 2 granddaughters to enjoy time together as well as individual privacy. Having the Acme so close was a definite plus for dinner time and the Skipper Dipper provided great treats in the evening. I would recommend this house to any family who values time together in the summer sun!

WOW....what a wonderful home

My husband and I decided to rent a house by the beach to celebrate a special birthday. Our two married children, our grandson and two very good friends of our spent the July 4th week in this home. It was fantastic. The house had everything the pix showed and more. It was like home away from home but was added by a fantastic beach and great surroundings. Acme supermarket across the street was great, not to mention the Skipper Dipper ice cream store right behind the house. The house was soooooo spacious we never felt crowded and the amenities were fantastic. The beach was 1 1/2 blocks down the street, easy to get to and extemely clean. We had wonderful weather so we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful House!!

My extended family and I rented this lovely home last summer and can't wait to return this summer! The set up of the house is perfect for large groups (very roomy). The house is immaculate and obviously beautifully maintained. Great location and a great value!

Best Ever

The home was perfect in every way. Great location, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and every amenity needed for the kitchen. Decks were perfect for large family get togethers and rooms spacious. Definately renting next year. After 22 years of renting summer homes in LBI this was by far the BEST!
