Newly renovated - clean and fresh - cottage with large private yard, located in the desirable Middletown Greenway district close to Norman Bird sanctuary, Second Beach, Third Beach, public golf coarse, wine vineyards, and Sweet Berry Farm (a local favorite farmer's market). Perfect family get away for a small family of four or a couple. Split level unit, bedrooms upstairs, living space downstairs. Eat-in kitchen, slider door to outside patio, patio furniture, grill, and Adirondack chairs. Peaceful yard with vegetable garden and bird feeders.
