Beautiful three level three bedroom condo located within walking distance of a secluded beach and within a 5 minute drive from other beaches - ranging from surfing spots during the winter season, to snorkeling and sandy beaches for relaxation year round. The condo is fully furnished, and equipped. In the 1st. level, there is an ample living room, with dinning room, ½ bathroom, kitchen and, porch. 2nd level, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and a master bedroom with bathroom. 3rd level is a half open terrace with ½ bathroom. Every room has a spectacular ocean view and third floor has a terrace that has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. All of this inside a gated complex.

It is in a quaint vacation village of Puerto Nuevo which is in the town of Vega Baja and has local restaurants that serve fresh seafood and local cuisine. It feels like paradise with the conveniences of home. Go fishing, golfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and spend the day snorkeling, scuba diving or sunbathing.

Great Apartment !!!!!

This is our second visit to this beautiful home. The owners supplied the home with everything we would need. The beach is a short walking distance away. View from the balcony and terrace is amazing and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return next year. This place is perfect for anyone from young couples traveling together to large families.

comfortable beach front vacation

When we arrived there was no modem with wifi as promised and the blender was inoperable. Within a couple of days both issues were addressed - Jose was very accommodating. The location of the condo is 27 miles from San Juan but due to traffic this can mean over an hour ride. As you go out the gate to the right about 10 minutes away are beautiful beaches just past Parque Tubos (a surfing beach). These beaches have big waves. Further on there's another beach that's great (calm) - Mar Chiquita. There something like that in Puerto Nuevo (to the left out of the gate) but has more people. The beach behind the condo is fine for sunbathing but the water is full of rocks. The exercise facility at the condo is top notch. Puerto Nuevo doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants. We found that dining required a trip to San Juan (Old San Juan for us - Cafe Berlin is excellent). Furnishing was not luxurious but worked for us. Master bedroom had a comfortable queen. Two other bedrooms had bunk beds with the lower bed a large double suitable for possible 2 cozy people. Air conditioning in the bedroom was good and fans in the family/kitchen area were sufficient for cooling. Wash/dryer just off the kitchen was quite handy. Grocery stores nearby - Econo Mart in Pueblo Nuevo (5 minutes) was small but ok. There's a bigger one on rte 2 in Vega Baja next to KMart which is the best grocery in the area. Pots and pans were ok, the stove and refrigerator were to notch. The condo was reasonably clean. No bugs - not even an ant. The condo complex was quiet - not fully occupied in the 2 weeks we were there in January. The weather was warm and sunny with rain most nights and occassional showers during the day. Sigh seeing tip: If you're thinking of going to Camuy Caverns, be sure to call ahead to see if the main cavern is open.
