Beautiful three level three bedroom condo located within walking distance of a secluded beach and within a 5 minute drive from other beaches - ranging from surfing spots during the winter season, to snorkeling and sandy beaches for relaxation year round. The condo is fully furnished, and equipped. In the 1st. level, there is an ample living room, with dinning room, ½ bathroom, kitchen and, porch. 2nd level, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and a master bedroom with bathroom. 3rd level is a half open terrace with ½ bathroom. Every room has a spectacular ocean view and third floor has a terrace that has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. All of this inside a gated complex.

It is in a quaint vacation village of Puerto Nuevo which is in the town of Vega Baja and has local restaurants that serve fresh seafood and local cuisine. It feels like paradise with the conveniences of home. Go fishing, golfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and spend the day snorkeling, scuba diving or sunbathing.

Great views and beach walking

The resort is off the beaten path on the north coast. Few amenities around; restaurants, shopping, one grocery store. Great ocean views from side and upper deck. Spacious living area, nice master bedroom. Bunks beds a little rough. Walkable beach, but no swimming due to rocky coral...beautiful. Get good directions before arriving.

Very Nice, Neat & Clean

This apartment is perfect for couples with children. Our children had a completion in Vega Baja. A few of us moms got together and rented the apartment. It was very spacious and accommodated us perfectly. The pools on the property were great and the local beaches are close by and were very nice. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Northern central Puerto Rico.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Excellent Apartment

My family and I stayed at Chalets de Playa and I was very impressed. The condo was very clean and everything was as described. It is comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxed stay.The complex has a beautiful walking beach, but it is not a swimming beach. However, our kids spent a lot of time looking for shells. Less than 10 minute drive is Puerto Nuevo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Vega Baja. We bought our own groceries at the Econo market and cooked every meal. Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool and in the basketball and volleyball courts. We had a great experience at this location.

Excellent apartment!

This excelllent apartment is a firts option for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We stayed at this apartment and enjoyed a lot. The gym and pool facilities are very good. The resort beach is at walking distance and there are spectacular nearby beaches. The beach view from the apartment is incredible; you can enjoy an amazing sunset view from the balcony and the terrace. The resort is near the highway with easy access to Prime Outlets and the Metropolitan area. The balcony overlooks the playground, useful for family with children to keep an eye on them while they are playing. The property is maintained beautiful and clean. The owner was very attentive and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations to facilitate our visit to surrounding areas. I highly recommend this apartment. We are planning to go back next summer.

Great Apartment !!!!!

This is our second visit to this beautiful home. The owners supplied the home with everything we would need. The beach is a short walking distance away. View from the balcony and terrace is amazing and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return next year. This place is perfect for anyone from young couples traveling together to large families.
