Beautiful views from the 34th floor of the ocean, mountains and city, just one block from the beach. This larger high floor condo is quieter than lower levels, and has a hallway with large closet for storage. Our condo is located in the family friendly Waikiki Banyan complex in Tower 1 with a large lanai and wireless internet access. This newly remodeled condo has double beds, new living room furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper, new appliances, new bathroom, vanity, new granite counters, HDTV and everything you would need to whip up that gourmet meal. The complex has a swimming pool, two hot tubs, children's play area, tennis courts, coffee shop, small store, pool deck snack bar and free parking for our guests. There are coin operated laundry facilities located on each floor. This is a Non Smoking Unit . * We accept * Visa, MasterCard, Checks, and Money Orders.

Features: The Features: Our Condo has a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, and all the necessary utensils. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, phone and A/C. We provide all the necessities for your convenience, and also some extras for your pleasure, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, sand toys and even board games.

The Resort: The Resort: Is Family Friendly, You are greeted in the lobby by a wonderful flowing waterfall. Out on the recreation deck you will find a large pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, snack bar, picnic/BBQ area, and children's playground. We also include secured covered parking for our guests, and the resort has a convenience store, a business center with computers and a laundry room on every floor.

What a perfect place with an excellent location! We were very pleased with the condo and ammentities. It was very nice to get to use the pool, laundry and grilling areas!
I would highly recommend this condo to everyone that is looking for a great place to stay with all the comforts of home!

Waikiki Sanctuary!

We had a, wonderful stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everything was as described. The Banyan was a great complex to stay at with great facilities for our kids. The condo had plenty of the little extras you don't get in hotel rooms, such as free parking, dvd, books, games, boogie boards etc. The condo has been recently refurbished (very tastefully done), and was comfortable and a haven to escape to. The view was to die for!! Donna was always a pleasure to deal with, and replied to any queries promptly. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again given the opportunity.

Thank You so much for such a wonderful place to stay. The condo was so beautiful & Clean everything is brand new. It had everything we could have ever wanted , all the beach stuff was so nice to have

Anniversary Geraway

My husband and I stayed at the Banyan for our 33rd wedding anniversary and had the time of our lives. All of the directions we were given prior to our arrival were accurate and most helpful. The parking garage was very convienent and made life easy. We enjoyed the layout of the condo especially the view from the lanai. The view was fantastic with the beach to the left, the city to the front and the hills and University to the right. Having our morning coffee and watching the clouds burn off and then watching the sun go down in the evening and the city lights come on at night brought romanticism to our trip from daybreak to sunset each and every day. The condo was very clean and offered all of the convienences anybody needed. The one thing that was especially great were the beach chairs, unbrellas and toys that were available to the renters. That was an added feature that made the stay so enjoyable. The other nice feature was the ability to call Steve if we needed something or had any questions. Having a person available for emergencies or problems really provided an extra service that came in handy. The location of the condo couldn't have been any better. We were within walking distance of the beach, the busstop, shopping and anything else that we wanted to do. I would, and have, already recommended this condo to others. I plan on returning with my children and hopefully, again for another anniversary trip. This was truly an excellent vacation and the only problem was that it couldn't have lasted longer.

An oasis in waikiki

Everything we could wish for. Great views from lanai, only one block to beach, central to shops and restaurants. Spent 5 nights here in April 2008. Beds very comfortable and lounge area spacious for my wife and I and our 2 teenage daughters. Will return to Waikiki and will stay here again. Thanks Don for making our booking such an ease!!
