Includes four full baths, one half bath, beautiful hardwood floors, ceramic tile and carpet throughout, large screened in porch and hot tub located on the upper deck. You won't miss any of the unforgettable ocean views. There are many extras to make you feel right a home. Let the kids relax in the Recreation Room while you relax in the Hot Tub or get a suntan on the spacious decks available. Located on a quiet culdesac this home couldn't be more centrally located to great restaurants, family activities, fishing pier, shopping malls, grocery stores, post office and hospital. The ocean, sound and Jockey's Ridge are a short walk away. This home away from home is unforgettable anytime of the year.

About Owner S. Dalton

We are a family that loves the beach. I'm retired and have grown children and a few grandchildren. This is our home away from home to come and enjoy when we can.

Why Owner S. Dalton chose Nags Head

My brother and I decided to build a beachouse together. He had been coming to Nags Head for many, many years. He loved to go deep sea fishing and just enjoyed being there. I had come with my son and his family on vacations and enjoyed myself so much. When our home was finished we couldn't believe it was ours. It was just what we had hoped it would be and more. Our home away from home. My brother has since passed. We'd put so much of ourselves into our home and thought we'd be enjoying it together. The time he was here he, myself, our families and friends had many great times and have lots of great memories. It's a great home to make memories you won't forget.

Approximately 3 1/2 hour drive from Richmond, Va. Located at M.P. 13.5 in Old Nags Head Cove, one of the oldest communities in Nags Head. Your within walking distance of the ocean and sound side beachs. The subdivision's community pool overlooks the sound. Great views! Malls and shopping, great restaurants, entertainment and fun activities for young and old are a short distance away.

Direct questions/inquiries or to make your reservation, contact Stan White Realty, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM except Sundays, 5:00 PM. Reference Sea and Sound/NH802. Travel insurance is available through the realty company. Linens and towels are not offered but they can be rented through Stan White Realty for $262.14 for weekly rentals. Community Pool fees are $75 for six people for one week, $15 for one person for the week or $3 for one person per day. Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend.

My family and I stayed for a week in, August. It was wonderful. Spacious, comfortable, relaxing and clean. The location couldn't have been better for us. Centrally located with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing we regret is that we didn't book this lovely home for 2 weeks. My elderly parents were so happy they can't wait to go back. The owner and the realty company were wonderful to work with and everything was seamless. A + to everyone.
You made your home feel as though it was our own home.
Thank you for letting us create some terrific memories.

My family and I, 17 of us, ranging in age from 8 to 92, just returned from vacation at your beautiful home. We traveled from Philadelphia, Chicago and Eastern Ohio. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and wanted to thank you for being so gracious and sharing your home with us. It was truly one of the most memorable vacations my family has spent with each other. Your home is gorgeous, and we all felt so comfortable there.

We have our children and grandchildren here with us in this magnificent Nags Head home. The home was spotless when we arrived. We have lots of room and private places for all ages. I am amazed at how well stocked this home is, everything we looked for we found. I am a designer and must compliment both the builder and the owner for the finishing touches on Sound and Sea. We enjoyed the hot tub and the many porches on the house. We could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend this rental to large families/groups. It is amazing. Hate to see it end in two days,

I would just like to say that this house is absolutely beautiful, and was perfect in every way. The kitchen being fully stocked with appliances and dishes was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable, and was so nice having so many bathrooms. The downstairs was perfect for the teenagers with the XBox. The outside deck views were absolutely magnificent and having the hot tub to relax in the evenings was perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone my friends and family. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
