One of the neatest cottages with lots of privacy, outdoor living space, and very peaceful, this is truly a bargain. The maximum weekly rent is the lowest around in a 3 bedroom property. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to one another. All the most requested amenities are offered here. Located just a short mile from Balston Beach, it is in a very desirable area.
