We also like to point that making a right on Royal St. (three blocks)and make a left on the first street Frenchman St. This area is where there are many supper clubs, Jazz Clubs, shops and more. Continue down Frenchman St. and it turns left onto Decatur Street; the bottom section of the French Quarter – down Decatur St. is many restaurants, Shops of sorts. At the end of Decatur is Harrah Casino.
Taking the street car ends at the Convention Center. You can get off at the Canal St. stop and visit I-Max, aquarium, and insectariums and other very interesting things to see and do.
Making a left out our main gate four doors down you’ll find a Daiquiri Shop, a PoBoy Shop and right across the street is a Walgreen’s. This Walgreen’s sells beer, wine and liquor very rare for Walgreens.
