Within the Tennis community of Delaware Beachfront resort of Sea Colony. Unit opens up to a two-story Great Room with a full gas running fireplace and air conditioning. Professionally decorated and sleeps up to eight comfortably. The fully screened wrap-around porch is romantically furnished with a glider-for-two and dining area for a romantic evening in. In addition the private sun deck allows plenty of privacy as well as generous viewing area.

Backs up to Assawoman Canal, perfect for crabbing. It is centrally located just a few feet away from the year-round private Sea Colony Fitness Center including Indoor pools, outdoor pools, sauna, hot-tub, fully stocked work out room, and multi-purpose gymnasium (for basketball and indoor) soccer. Also spinning, Pilates and other aerobic classes available for a nominal fee.

Short walking distance to year round Sea Colony Tennis Center. 36 indoor and outdoor (hard and har-true) tennis courts. Adult and junior tennis clinics weekly.

We had a super time in this unit. Great space and the screened in porch was the best. Plenty of amenities. The owner was so easy to work with and the rental was perfect.

Perfect place to be snowed in!

We headed to Bethany for Christmas and stayed here, it was even more than we expected. It was spacious, clean and Larry was a pleasure to deal with. Our kids loved the condo, the loft, video games and cable t.v. It snowed a lot the day after Christmas and we stayed in for two days, but there was plenty to keep us busy inside. It was also a great location, close to family, friends, beaches and shops. It has a very homey feel, so it was a pleasure to stay there for a week.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A Wonderful Home Away from Home

My husband and I have two young children and we enjoyed the stay in this condo immensely. It had all the creature comforts of our home in Poughkeepsie. As soon as we got there we rocked on the glider on the screen porch and the kids played Nintendo in the loft. There was plenty of room and we were in walking distance of the Fitness Center. We definitely want to come back next year for our summer vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
